Wild Women’s Ride at Lily Glen
You’re invited to bring your own horse or rent one of ours, and saddle
up for a unique opportunity to enjoy the "Spirit of the West" in
the company of women only. Treat yourself to this unique outdoor experience
that includes spectacular scenery, excellent catered cuisine, and the camaraderie
of other women. The level of horsemanship varies from rider to rider, and we
have designed our daily rides to allow for such differences.
Each day we will lead you on a new and inspiring ride through Oregon’s vast wild lands. Miles of trails will lie before you as we wind through woodlands and wildflower-laden valleys and cross creeks lined with hundred-year-old trees. Horses will nicker to one another, and the melody of conversations between new and old friends will fill the crystal-clear mountain air.
We’ll have our experienced staff riding with us to ensure your comfort and safety. We also will have a veterinarian and farrier on call, and there are excellent medical and emergency services available nearby Ashland or Medford in the unlikely event that such services should be needed.
Weather can be unpredictable so please be prepared for cool mornings and evenings and sunny days. Daytime temperatures can vary widely and might even include a rain shower or thunderstorm. Mother Nature may decide to rain on us, but it’s your decision whether to don your slicker or stay in camp for the day.

*We do require riding experience. You should be able to walk, trot, canter and should be in good physical condition, able to ride 6-8 hours per day for most of our trails. We do take breaks every hour to stretch our legs, but the pace can be quite challenging with long stretches of trotting and cantering where terrain allows. However, we do adjust to every riding ability to make it enjoyable for riders and the horses, as well.
